Hello!

When I try to update the game to the latest version I am receiving an error message:

Can someone please help me with this issue?

I'd download the lastet offical patch from the MG support site. Also start it with admin mode. That usually does the trick.

I am having the same issue. Can anyone explain to someone who is computer illiterate, how to solve this.

I have taken no actions. When I attempt to update the game to the latest version i get the exact same error message that Gunnodayak showed above.
He edited his message about an hour after posting showing he had solved the issue but he did not explain how.
