Silly question....

I've seen some posts about people who get their coupon after the Christmas sale starts combining it with the sale discount for some really good deals. Obviously this only benefits part of the user base.

Is it possible to do something like make all anniversary coupons come out December 1 so everyone can take advantage of this deal?

Are the coupons still ongoing? I think this is MY month! But I'm unsure where to locate them on the new site. Not a fan of the new layout. Hard to see what's new, what's released. It all seems very confusingly presented on the home page. Just my $0.02.

I recently checked mine, so yes, they are ongoing and you find them in your My Account section https://samelogin.slitherine.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FManage . I was going to use my coupon to buy the entire Decisive Battles catalogue to the tune of about $260 USD [minus coupon] but changed my mind due to lack of support.

Yes! They still work! Got my coupon as expected on Oct 4. I guess I was a bit anxious on my 10/1 post above. So my follow up question...

I was going to make my purchase tomorrow with the release of Warplan, but then I saw Armored Brigade France is being released on Oct 31. So if i got my coupon 10/4, it's good until 11/4 correct? Cutting it close, but want to take maximum advantage of my discount.

And that makes me think...are they one time use coupons (which is my assumption), or good for multiple uses within the 30 day window?

Many thanks to Matrix for the coupon, 4 years running. I read through this thread again and am still amazed at the complaints over something matrix did not have to do. I'm grateful.

You can use it once BUT you can buy several products on which the discount will apply. So, in your case, wait for Armored Brigade France release and then buy it with Warplan in the same order. You have one month to use your coupon.

I had totally missed that the coupons had a 30-day expiration date upon entry. I was going to buy some items in the fall but things went south irl so I had to pause it. So now it looks like I have lost both the 47% and 50% discount codes I had laying around. Is there any way to recover/reactivate those or are they forever gone?

Hmm, my anniversary was the 23rd of August, and I got an email informing me that I have a rewards coupon, but my account says I don't have any coupons. I suppose I'll try replying to the rewards email?

I wanted to use mine for a purchase. But the discount doesn't show when ready to pay. I'm within the month date frame 8/27
Will it work if I get two games on same order bill? Anyhow I tried with one game it diddn't show. i guess i will have to sendof a ticket to resolve.

Thanks for fast response, but I'm including the percentage.

My test yesterday was working, only that I did not buy. Today I just get the "The coupon already has been used" message.

I went to use my 50% anniversary coupon to buy the boxed version of Lock & Load & at the total price page I was being charged $11.63 for shipping & $2.79 tax on shipping from England. I hope this is a mistake
Last year I was only charged $6.71 & no tax & that was for 2 boxed games. I live in the US so why are you still shipping here from England? I hope you can correct these overpriced charges. It is like price gouging. Thanks for your help.

Done and SOLVED, thank you.

Just for the record, the coupon was NOT spent by my testing a day before.

Long story short: It was spent on a failed transaction because my bank. @#$% bank!
