Please see the attached save. The CW is in a combined impulse with an O-chit. You can verify this from the Info>Activities Available drop-down. Therefore there should be unlimited land moves. I am unable to select any CW land unit to move it.

I can't load this game. It seems to be damaged...

Yes, I think something is damaged. I continued play, and selected a land impulse for the CW on the next Allied impulse. I still can't select any CW units during the Land Movement phase. I'm going to back up to a save in a previous turn and see what happens.
