This would not have made any difference, as the Allies would be at over +17, and rolled a 9, but I am trying to figure out why the defense was zero.

The allied land combat autosave is from my other game with Pat so I no longer have it for this game.

Germany uses all the organized HQ units to reorganize what they can. Germany has 1 o-chit and will play that o-chit their next impulse to reorganized all their HQ units.
