how can I find the old "Mods and Scenarios" threads ?

there should be many of them, as stated from the index page, but I'm unable to find them anywhere..

someone can help me ???

You need to change the "Display topics from last" value from '365 days' to 'all topics' in the box on the right, just above the threads. That works for me.
