This is a test of a unit being bombed by B25Bs. The unit has no organic flak. I have three flak supply consumption test models I ran.

In all cases, the bombing units are B25Bs. However, I have changed the weapon load out on the plane to use a 500 lb "dummy" bomb that has no anti-soft, no anti-armor, no effect. It causes absolutely no damage.

Here is the bomb in the editor.

I used this bomb as it causes no damage and thus does not cause replacements or supply consumption due to repair to be used (which it turns out does not require supply anyway, but, I did not know that for sure when I started this test).

Here is a table of results.

Of interest here:

Unit consumed 27 tons/day which is precisely what you would expect when not being bombed.

When being bombed, it still consumed 27 tons/day as it did not and could not shoot back (no internal flak devices).
