I can't see what i am missing out.

When having AD created by the computer, the RAF Fighter command don't appear.
As there are 1100 fighter under this command in 1943, i wanted to use a part of them.
Let's say to make a Air Superiority Air Directive.
But i can't manage to see it, and there is no such missions done in the turn.

Here is how i try to do it:

1) i click on the RAF Fighter command HQ and this screen appear :

i click on the HQ itself :

there is an AD Assigned, in this case Ground Support.
I click on it, and then clikc on F6 for the Air Superiority.

I then clik on a target hex and get this (like other target editing Air Directive).

is it good so far ?
There are only a few squadrons avalaibles and a lot of them unavalaible. Like this

Where can i see why these squadrons are unavalaible ? .

And more important : why this Air Directive of Air Superiority doesn't show in the summary ?

I've many many things still to learn, but damn this is hard

thanks for all

Few things that stand out.

You have set the mission as a day mission (sensible) but your Beaufighters are set to night only (also sensible they are a rare resource), so they won't join the mission.

to the rest click on the 'no fly info' and 'assigned groups' options. That'll tell you why some are not joining. Reasons may include out of range, lack of fuel (v unlikely), that you have set them to rest (good idea if morale is low) and so on. The other option will tell you if the squadrons are already assigned to another mission (clearly not in this case).

when you create a new directive, you need to click on 'confirm' (this is below the option to show the mission settings in even more detail).

One final bit, I wouldn't set up a one hex AS mission, make it a couple of hexes wide. Usually with this type of mission you are using the RAF as bait, make the Luftwaffe fight so your bombers have an easier time of it. You will probably 'lose' (ie take more losses) but in the early game a major goal is to inflict attrition on the Luftwaffe. You'll get your reward sometime in 1944 when the Germans can no longer use trained pilots and operational efficiency will decline.
