This thread has veered into the surreal, which happens more or less frequently.

I simply do not follow the Corona theme at all. I assume it must derive from a television commercial about Corona beer? That's my best guess, anyhow.

If you want to experience the world through the eyes of somebody who doesn't watch television and who therefore doesn't see commercials...go back to the beginning of this Corona thing and pretend like you have no idea what these folks are talking about.

This must be what it's like to take LSD.

The Kingdom of Corona cited by Warspite is the Disney city where Rapunzel resides. I did not know until today that Warspite1 was a toon. I think he was an actor in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"

AFAIK Corona is only sold in bottles, but if it were on tap...

Don't look at me boss. Someone mentioned releasing a load of lanterns into the sky and I simply mentioned where I had seen that once. All of sudden, before one can say antidisestablishmentarianism, there are birds, boobs and beers - not to mention massive man-eating slugs all over the thread! Carnage....

May I congratulate you on the exemplary use of the word funbags Mr witpqs? Perhaps you will permit me to add the following observation; the answer is always funbags

Well, I'm surprised that you haven't got a bad batch of boiled peanuts, corn pone or moonshine that managed to induce hallucinations before?

Interesting point. I guess what you've never had(?) you don't miss, but knowing what I've gained - in sheer enjoyment, in knowledge or as part of social interaction through discussion after watching - personally I don't think I would like a life without a TV.

It's not that I wouldn't like a life without a TV-I'm sure I could adjust just fine over time. But why? What would I prove and to whom?

A reminder that our NW Georgia friend *does* watch his television, but doesn't watch broadcast television. He uses his television to watch DVDs of movies and other shows but doesn't watch television programming. So it's not as though he's devoid of the 'tube' and doesn't regale in entertaining photons issuing forth. He just does it i a more proscribed fashion. Meh. To each their own.

One only has to compare with post 2965, falsies are so obvious. They just don't look real, there is no movement in them. Show me a natural pair of boobies any day. Please.... please? anyone?
