Playing Grand Campaign 1941-1945, I have only two games vs human, both were ended in 1941 by my defeat.
Latest patch
I'd prefer severe winter with no bonuses to soviets at all. But I'm open for discussion.
Just want to try one of the Factory Mods but will not persist

No fuel airdrops for both sides.
Germans may airdrop 9th Flieger division before its withdrawing.

Others houserules are discussed
