I am using v1.1 RC 22 Build 823...but I think this issue has been present for a few Builds now.

Open the attached test scenario in editor mode and play the Blue side.

12 Abrams tanks are going to unload on 3 red-side ground targets (a mech infantry platoon, a sam site, and a guard building). All the targets are auto-detectable.

The Abrams tanks use all their 120mm ammunition and cause no discernible damage to any of the targets. I even tried flying an A-10 over and using 30mm guns with no damage. I see "star flashes" for hits, but the message logs shows misses and no penetration.

If I substitute Bradleys for the Abrams tanks, the Bradley's TOW missiles take out the targets in short order....so it seems to be a gunfire penetration issue (or I'm doing something horribly wrong).

The message log clearly shows you that the gun shells are near-missing, not impacting.

Yes. What would I need to do to have the gun shells impact the targets? I have tried pretty much everything, including Artillery, and can't get a hit on the target units. Do I have a setting wrong?
