Is the a tutorial on adding in new top down plane graphics to War in the Pacific and War Plan Orange?

There is a lot of existing artwork out there now. The same artwork will work for WitP and AE. I would look and see if the aircraft you want already have artwork somewhere.

I asked as I was wanting to make custom planes for War Plan Orange. I have made graphic in the past but ran into difficulties putting them on Jptop/Aptop.bpm
