In the main campaign where can I check to find the victory point value of different cities?

I assume you mean those VP that are used to determine early decisive victory and final result when Berlin falls? Because in normal campaign there are no VPs per turn from captured cities.

As for those campaign "VP" they are listed in the manual only, not shown in the game. I think it's a very simple table, depending on hex type (city, light urban, heavy urban) plus bonus points for the capital hex.
