Status: offline 		In my current RetreatUE game, I recently became aware of an independent population (Banoserit) which became an empire. However, there are two Pirate installation on that home world, and that empire's leader is being assassinated (most likely by the Pirates)every year like clockwork. I can't think of a way to stop the Pirate take-over of that particular planet, so I am going to wait till it falls to the Pirates and then take the planet. Also, two of the Top Ten Colonies are Pirate colonies.
