I am playing the Marine Campaign and I have both Marine and US requisition points, but I can't figure out how to use the US points. I am on the 2nd Battle and was never able to spend them in the first, and still can't spend them in the 2nd battle.

Thanks in Advance for any help offered.

In addition to US resource points you need US land/air/naval command points to purchase US land/air/naval units.
If there are no command points available for the US faction, the resource points are meant for repairing existing US units.
