I set auto torpedo level in air HQ to 100, but it doesn't fill even in base with 100k supply. It seems I'm missing something, what?

Search doesn't give me answer, key words are too common.

You need to set the HQ to "Replacements ON" and go to its TOE to set the torpedo auto-resupply level there as well.

There is a typo. The cost per torpedo is 10 supply points.
