I wish I had seen this earlier, but is there a reason why the USN DDs have their ASW capabilities nerfed? In some cases the number of ASW weapons are reduced and
all most all cases their ammo is reduced, most times cut in half.

This is my edit:

I looked and it appears that this is what DBB did. I did not realize that DBB had done this nerfing of USN DDs.

I have never had an opponent touch on this. Do we know why DBB did this?

No Jack in RA. The Jack, George, and Sam are fully BTS.

when but in btsl i did not see the planes anywhere unless the jack and the other planes are not fighter anymore you only have the zero until like middle of 43 when you finally get the sam there are no other planes like the jack or a6m5 between 41/12 to 43/11

I do not know why, this is from the DBB website:

Ship Classes, and corresponding Ships, have had their ASW weapon suites modified; the number of ASW weapons, their arrangement, and the amount of Ammo per weapon, have been adjusted to work in tandem with specific changes to ASW weapon Devices. Submarine diving depths have been modified, using a 'special' field to work in harness with the specific changes to ASW weapon Devices and the specific ASW weapon suite modifications to Classes and Ships.

So the question is: Did who ever do the changes in the RA/BTS mods do the complete modification or just a superficial one? I take it that this was done a while ago.

Found a few more things to fix in RA
the Tenryu class CLAAs are missing ammo on some of their 25 mm guns, and the 1st Yokusuka Assault Division is missing a t in its name.

Sorry for the delay. I had not seen these Postings.

Great catch on the CLAAs. Keep looking for more. Always good to have more eyes looking.

I was looking and looking for this error then realized you are playing RA. Haven't done any work to RA since we created BTS. Now that we have BTS Mater File, I shall be going thru re-creating RA so t is totally consistent with BTSL and BTSH. Will follow that up with an update to Treaty Mod. At that point all four will follow thru in a logical, consistent manner.

Thank you as well as I will also update my empire mod, we are working on version 1.2 but there is nothing too dramatic just a few odds and ends. As soon as it's ready John I will send it to you.

Soulsilver - You maybe interested to know my empire MoD which is broadly based on this work wait what turned out to be quite a few amendments in changes to the historical context in particular, makes I different flavor of a game. I can tell you that I have been playing this RA MoD for sometime and have one game in August 1944 and it's a very very good scenario. That is why I use this as a basis for my ideas.

John, I have downloaded your scenarios 55 and 60 there are no text files or anything with them and also I cannot open them in the editor because they do not appear. I wanted to look at the new ships you have created. I wonder if I need to restart the computer

The scenario descriptions are there on the web pages. Not sure about the Editor issues. All 11 of the game files are in the folders.

Do you have a separate install? The Mods require the Extended Map.

Check the War Room for the thread where I walk people thru how to install a Mod. That might help you troubleshoot as well.

Let me know.

Maybe, possibly, it is because the devices are stockpiled? Perchance, yes?

Thank you RangerJoe, that would be the answer. I just knew it had to be something I overlooked, but I didn't see that. I am scrubbing the two posts above.

I've been playing this game off and on for 11 years and I still make mistakes. I used to never put
mines on stockpile but someone suggested it and so I thought I would try it. Now I just need to remember
that I did it.

I have them more and more frequently!

Michael is preparing to grapple with the BEAST. He has wanted to work Chin as Big B has in his Mods. Well...the BTS Master Files have been sent to him to work on.

Is there some reason why you reduced the maximum range of the PBY-5 to 54? In stock and DBB it is 56, which is enough to fly from San Francisco to Pearl Harbor. At a range of 54 they can't, have to put them on a cargo ship and move them. Annoying.

Do you have any seprate art for this I can add back to my mod?

Is there any guide on how to install new aircraft art into a mod? I am struggling with this as would like to add a few more odd stuff. I can add al te stats and everything fine.
