We have a Polish inf in supply & in Germany (it's 1940) and production planning. Why does Germany not get the +0.25 for enemy unit in it's territory?

Selected to intern the Bearn which had a carr plane on it - why does France not get a pilot back?

Pretty sure if you haven't managed to rebase the CVP from the Bearn (and then put it in the Reserve pool and add the pilot to the French pilot track) prior to getting it interned, you are S.O.L. That's how we've always played it and I think that is supported by RAW7.

The rules say pilots only come back from being interned in minor countries (with an exception for the ones the Russians may get from Eastern Poland - but those may only come back a couple years later and even then it says they go to the CW force pool - not pilot track - which technically means the outdated Polish aircraft, so not even sure the pilots would come back from Russia, more likely they'd be resting in the Katyn forest).

Paul is correct here. The pilot and the plane are lost if the Béarn gets interned by the US if they use that option.

On your first question: any chance of a gamesave, so that we can check things? It makes thngs easier for us, if we can use your gamesave.

Is the Polish unit in Austria? That might not count as German homeland. - This is just a guess.

Except it should be counted as German Homeland.

RAC: 2.5 Control
....
A home country consists of every hex that a MAR could reach from the capital of that home country without
crossing a red political boundary or entering a hex containing the name of another major power (e.g. all of mainland
China including Japanese occupied China is part of the Chinese home nation, but Hainan and Formosa are not).
When crossing an all sea hexside to reach a hex, that hex would not be considered part of the home nation if it could
be part of another home nation or named territory without crossing an all-sea hexside (e.g. Singapore belongs to
Malaya, not the Netherlands East Indies, and Port Moresby is part of Papua, not Australia). Exception: Sicily is part
of the Italian home nation for all purposes.
Germany’s home country also includes East Prussia and Austria in scenarios starting after 1938.

I recently learned this the hard way in my game with Brian (Yugo aligned).

I checked the code and Austria is considered part of Germany's home country.

So, I suspect the Polish unit in question is not in supply - which is also required for Germany to get the bonus.

Oh. You said that in your original post I see.

I could use a saved game then to reproduce the problem and examine the code when production multipliers are calculated.
