Just bought this on digital download ...then saw a forum message with the hardback book. Looks really nice Is there any option to order this...or did I need to order it at the time.
Separately is there any option to get the manual onto iBooks

Shipping costs are still very high though. So you might wanna wait till they sort that as they promised.
