So I was just doing some SBR editing and I decided to test some of the modified units. I added some datalinks to some ships and I was just making sure that it's working properly. I was about to see if I'm able to fire but I noticed that the I can't shoot the aircraft at all. It's because the Weapon Allocation Window (WAW) says that the target altitude is higher than the weapon's ceiling. I was baffled at this so I made sure that the target aircraft was below the weapon's altitude ceiling by manually adjusting the altitude settings. Then I noticed that the water's depth and I kinda the noticed that it affects the target height'. I was using a modified La Fayette FFG with MICA-M VL missiles that can reach targets up to 30,000 ft. The ship's location is 600 NM south of Iceland (deep waters). The target was at 30,000 ft. too but the WAW says that it's 40,000-ish ft. and the missile can't be fired. I had to bring the target down to 21,500 ft. and WAW says now I can fire since the altitude is 29,500-ish ft. I thought this was a bug in the MICA-M VL until I tested it with the Sea Ceptor and ESSM.

tl;dr
It seems that the water depth is being added in the calculation of target's altitude and the result is that it makes the target feel it's higher than in reality.

In the uploaded scenario:
4 pictures of the "bug" (Map Cursor Databox is on the lower left).
Off the coast of Southern California.
2 small flotillas of Type 26 GCS and Flight III Burke
"Shallow Flotilla" is near the coast. Depth is -350 ~ -600 ft.
"Deep Flotilla" is 620-ish NM West of Shallow flotilla. Depth is -16,600-ish feet.
1 F-15E's per flotilla as targets with altitude of 40,000 ft.
Tested SAM's are Sea Ceptor CAMM(M) and RIM-162A ESSM.

Thanks we'll take a look to see what's going on.

I experience the same issue playing Northern Inferno: Opening Moves. Vampires at 350ft are attacking TU 603.01.04, however the Sea Cats refuse to fire because "Target altitude (6032 ft AGL) is higher than the weapon's ceiling (3500 ft AGL)". The sea depth at that location is ~5700ft. Save is attached.
