I could of sworn in the other games I've played that the US tanks were getting 2 strikes. In my currant game my level 3 UK tanks are getting two strikes, but my level 4 US tanks are only getting one.

Same goes for my Strategic Bombers, UK 2 strikes US one strike.

Has it always been this way?

You need Armored and Aerial Warfare research doctrine.

That makes sense. I started research on those later in this game than the others.
