Gary, if you are meaning "Official" as in non-Beta, the last version was 2.1.4, which was issued around February, 2016.

In the last couple months, there has been a few "Open Beta" releases with the goal to releasing a new official version probably in February, 3.0.

These Betas are playable and address most of the known issues, but progressively address new issues as they are identified.

You should go through the monthly status reports thread to see the progress and get a better appreciation of what has been accomplished and what the plans are.

I expect that Steve (the developer dealing with the defects) and the Beta testers can chime in with more information than I can.
