Hi all,

Just purchased Strategic Command WWII: War in Europe from Matrix via Amazon. When I enter the DVD into my hard drive, nothing happens. Literally. Zip. No pop ups, nuthin'. I have attached my PC particulars. What am I having a brain cramp about, and not seeing?

if you can't run the dvd, as normally if you have auto run on the drive selected, it runs on it's own, but if that's disabled, you need to manually run the set up on the dvd.,

or login to your account here above on support box above this page, and once logged into the members area, and registering the game and serial number off the box, you will be able to re download the image and run that, with no dvd needed.

when I try and register the game using the serial number, it is telling me: [ Key Already Used ]


I have a feeling I just paid 55 bucks for a game I am not going to be able to play.

Hello Darino,

I'm sorry you are having problems with your disc. This might be that the disc does not load, and if that is the case then as is Fufilled by Amazon then we cannot replace the disc and you'll need to speak to Amazon if you wanted a new disc. However if you right-click on the disc drive and click "Open in a New Window" does anything load?

We can provide you with a download link if you are happy with this instead and do not want to disc itself to be replaced, but to do this or to help with the serial number issue we will need you to contact us at support, so are you able to email support[a]matrixgames.com and we'll help with this
