Sooooo....BERNIE.... YOU know Latin, eh? :p
I wouldn't say I know latin, but I've dabbled in it.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I was a Catholic altar boy, and the mass was done in latin. When I was a freshman in college I took a semester in latin as an "easy" way to meet my language requirement. Turned out to not be as easy as I thought it would be, prior altar boy experience didn't help. I switched to Yiddish the next semester, squeaked through that with a 2.6, then went back to French for my sophmore year (I'd taken French in high school, junior high, and my Mom is French Canadien, but I hate the language). When I failed French I finally broke down and submitted my military disability papers to the department head (I'm partially deaf from an incident involving a 3" gun and no earplugs, and another involving a "suspicious" package left on board my ship during an open house) and she waived my language requirement.

Yes, but you get something for a result, right? So far, I have not one hit for any translator I tried for that sentence of his. Not a single word.

Why?

Also, for you guys that remember my original Avatar, you will note that GH knows it also. That rules out the Newbie theory.

"The wicked have said, reasoning with themselves(Goblin), but not rightly : Let us lie in wait for the just, for he is contrary to our doing: he boasteth that he hath the knowledge of the Master, and calleth Eorod his Father. Let us see if his words be true. If he be indeed the the king, he will deliver them out of our hands. Let us condemn him to a most shameful death."

yet..he will not fight.
