I've upgraded to v1.11 SR7 from about a year old 1.11 install. I find the overall performance about the same, as far as I can tell, but it seems the GUI is slower. The most annoying is the altitude slider, where it takes about 0,7 second to update the number in the altitude box when I move the slider.
Also I hate the new locked realism settings (when starting a scenario).

EDIT: missed the latest hotfix (906.26), seems better with that.

This shows what the scenario designer set up for the scenario. If you don't like them, you can run in Editor mode and change them thru that.
