I am hoping to play my first ever game against someone other than the AI, and ideally would like to play PBEM with someone of similar experience.

I would like to play a 1941-5 campaign and want to try the better cv math. I have been playing full winter no combat bonus and would like to continue to do so - but I can be flexible.
