Random occurrence in my "me vs. AI" game that has never happened before:

The Italian 8th Army was tasked with finishing off 5 Soviet Tank Corps (Aug 42) and the surrenders netted some 600 AFVs.

I'm not the type of player to pay much attention to captured equipment use: What might I expect to see happen with all those AFVs? One German infantry division was involved in the attack, but attached to corps within Ital. 8th Army.

Caputred equipment goes to the national pool, so I guess those t 34s can come back with the italian armoured division to the limit of the division medium armour equipment.

No point in letting the Italians actually capyture anything...

Well here is something - There is no Italian armoured division. BUT there is a motorised division.

The rules say the Italians GRADUALLY withdraw in 43 to August when they all go. I had most of the Italians disappear at the end of may and few in early June BUT I have all the HQ and support units - seems a bit odd.

This is precicesly why we need to be able to edit TOE's ingame.

Would like to see this as well. However: A month after a patch with this possibility comes out we will see the first player calculating/testing than one certain gun type rules. Then people build the OOBs around that one. So we will get fantasy infantry divisions consisting of rifle squads, 105 mm guns and nothing else.
One must always think from the point of view of possible exploits.
