Hi
I wonder if it is possible to make differences with levels of upgrades for the same tech, so that for instance level 1 Inf improves Hard Attack while Level 2 Improves instead AT Defense but not Hard attack

Indirectly this is possible to a degree, particularly by using 0.5 increments and possibly also using Automatic Upgrade techs to provide additional bonuses.

This will take a bit of thought as all progress is linear, i.e. each level researched will improve the factors applicable to that research by at least 0.5.
