After checking back in Discord, it seems that I am not the only one that suddenly has a "tiny hand" cursor when plotting an unit course. I think this used to be a crosshair? In any case, the hand is substantially smaller than the normal "selection hand" cursor. I apologize for the lingo, but that's really the only way I can describe it - I can't take a screenshot of it either it appears, as the cursor doesn't feature on the screenshot, but I can try taking a photo if you are unclear about what I am referring to.
