Is there a way to add ships to ports like you can add aircraft to airfields?
The only thing I can find in the manual is adding boats to ships, but I may have missed something.

Thanks but no go.
I am using Vietnam imported bases which includes Cam Ranh Bay naval base. It has piers but cannot edit or even rebase a ship there.
Installed my own pier, and success!
Apparently something wrong with the import file.

Yeah that import pre dates the port feature. Just need to replace the docks with piers I believe.

Will add this to the list for the future. In the meantime its a pretty simple change.

Ah, that's why.
Yes, it is a simple change but took me quite awhile for the obvious fix to dawn on me.
