Hi all!
I just started playing this brilliant game and did a quick search on "dual screen" or "two monitors" and similar. Could not find any info on this, so my question is:

How do I present SC3 on 2 screens?
I usually use the SRWE tool but it did not work well. Anybody running SC3 on dual monitors that could point me in the right direction?

Also, as a first timer here I would like to express three things:

1. I dislike the panning via edges: Would prefer a mouse "middle button" and pan.
2. Or an option to designate ASWD as panning keys.
3. At least some way to turn edge-paning off
