If anyone has a touch screen, you can drag units around, tap the map to center on a location and double tap on an enemy stack to plan the attack. You can even pinch to zoom.

And I was amazed when I accidently discovered that with my WIN 8.1 netbook that doubles as a tablet, I can use my fingers to run many 10yo wargames without a mouse.
