Playing on a 15 inch laptop. Icons and graphics not as sharp as I expected.
My default resolution is 1600x900.
Any suggestions how to sharpen things up?

Hello Nimrod

Sorry to hear about your problems. As far as the game goes, it is a standard Windows windowed app, and should adapt with similar high quality to all Windows supported resolutions.

I've got a 1366x768 laptop and 1920x1080 desktop with no issues.

Something to do with graphics drivers? Do other games / applications show properly?

I'd suggest contact Matrix Support, they are really good at helping with graphics issues.

You'll notice an improvement with the graphics with the 2.00 UPDATE to be released as soon as Matrix can fit it in.

Thanks for the fast response. Most (not all) of my other games look the way I'd expect so I don't think it's my graphic card/drivers. Again, thanks and looking forward to 2.0.

Can you post a screenshot? I'd like to see what you mean so I can tell is it normal or not.

never done it. Walk me through the steps (remember I'm not very computer savvy) and I'll try.

No luck. Followed your good instructions. Preview didn't show picture. When I did my "save as" I had four options ... JPEG PNG, GIF, MHT. No JPG. So I assumed JPG was same as JPEG so I saved as JPEG. Could it be I don't have enough posts 100-110 to post pictures?

JPEG is kosher. Did you tick the box ”Embed picture in post”, otherwise it is an attachment. That would work too, though.

Make sure you are Replying to an old post, that might be it.

Here's another try. I really don't think anything is "wrong." I was just hoping that with a simple resolution change things might sharpen up a little. Starting to wonder if we're spending a little too time on this issue. Hate to bug you on something this simple. Still nothing. Hope it came through as an attachment.

Thanks! It all looks legit to me, at least I can’t spot anything right now. Lots of things are changed in 2.00 though, so let us revisit this then, if needed.

Keep in mind that those infantry units have "camo" on, so they look like they blend into the background.
