Tonight I will install a new ISP provided modem, employ an extra speed gain they said they included, and after mounting some
new TVs, will try an early am post. FINGERs CROSSED!!! My new adventure with Francois has begun and I would like to mount
my excuses in a new AAR. we'll see.

They should not be.

Since your post from your Mac device worked without multiple post issues - is that posting from the same network? If your Mac doesn't have the issues but the PC does, then you've found what device contains your problem.

Try this to see if you are getting packet loss between your PC and router:
