Blue Waters Mod v1.1

This mod makes all naval combat screen ocean water much bluer than before. No more faded blue or green tropical waters.

On the Naval Bombardment screen, I also added a small white rectangular background to make the black range text more visible. And for the Submarine Combat screen, there is also an option that removes the periscope view and instead shows open water.
