Well, the stocking had the usual chocolates/candies/lip balms stuff. A new colouring book too.

An awesome scented candle.
A Tim Horton's gift card.
A new Coach purse (my current one is looking beat up).
A Bride Barbie, Space Scientist Barbie, Astronaut Barbie, Princess Barbie, Rockstar Barbie (I realize my list will look kinda different from yours :)).
Some new Legos.
Some perfume.

I was also given Panzer Corps Gold (this is where you relax and remember, she's also a wargamer like the rest of ya :) ).

There is this Lego Creator 3in1 item that makes 3 types of train, two engines, and a coach. I have 5 sets now and can make both engines and 3 coaches.
I got two more sets for Christmas.
I also got a Lego City 'Jungle Buggy'.
Not as awesome as some of the more incredible ones out there of course. But 200 dollar Legos don't come easy.
I'd love to get some of the Lego Creator Expert sets.
Actually, I'm happy to get any Lego sets :)

Same old, same old.
-Rum
-Books
-Socks

Which was what I wanted, so I am happy with that.
Legos I haven't gotten for the last 28 years or so

Socks, x9 pairs. A new record
Whiskey, Jameson
Dickinson & Morris hamper
Book – Dunkirk: The history behind the major motion picture by Joshua Levine. And I haven’t seen the film.

I usually treat myself to a new game or two every Christmas. But this year I found that the games I like won’t run on my old clapped-out PC.

Boardgame:
- Avalon Hill´s Firepower
I found this game was particularly good.

- West End Games Western Front Tank Leader
I found this design was simply not well made. Just my opinion on that though.

Yes I really like what I see in "Firepower", hope to get into that soon. Seems like a very flexible system too!

As for Westren Tank Leader, Iam still wrapping my head around the system, but the card play dose seem to add something different, especially if you play them with the optional rule (upside down). Interuption, command or parent cards all seem to add alot of strategy and gameplay in the operations phase, will see... My next video will be a "how to" video soon...

Well, FoG2 Immortal Fire - the only game I am willing to pay full price for.
Baseball Mogul 2014 - $3, Graviteam Pugilist DLC, $3.75.

Tough choice, but I would vote for FoG2 as 2017 Game of the Year.

Shirts, slippers, books (Larousse's World Mythology & Dictionary of Folklore), FOG2 and Immortal Fire dlc.
Favorite gift was watching my slightly over two year old grandson play with his gifts.

Amongst some other things, two nice games : Flashpoint Campaigns - Red Storm and Germany Reforged.

Now all I need is someone to gift me the ability to understand how to play them.

I received a new Lenovo laptop to replace an aged machine. It came with Windows 10 but has you do an update from the get go. Took many days to actually get it to update. Then "It" asks to restart. "It" wrote to me on the screen that it was updating, be patient, and behave. Then it shut down, restarted, and did the same thing every 20 seconds. Amazon support was good and told me to send it back and they will send another out. In checking the tracking it still shows I dropped it off on 12/30/2017 and it is enroute back to Amazon. Oh joy....
