Situation : weather fine, axis initiated naval combat in West Med. they reacted sending one italian naval air and another german naval air to box 2 , they found ( 2 rolled) and the allied didn´t ( a 6 rolled) . Axis selected naval air combat( got 5 surprise points) . Allied made bomber the CVp but instead a round of air combat between the german fighter and the CVp there wasn´t any and a message popped up "There are no units capable of fighting an air-to-air combat.".

This is indeed a bug. It looks like that this is caused by a form for AA fire which appears behind the detailed map on my computer to early...
