TOAW4 Custom Graphics

In Default directory/Select Theatre menu
There is a menu choice of "Custom Graphics"
I click this and it brings me to a menu "Select new game"

What is the purpose of "Custom Graphics"? It doesn't seem to do anything

It's just another scenario folder. Some scenarios use modified map and icon graphics.
