How to reproduce:

1. Start a campaign (silent service in my case), make few manual saves in the middle of a scenario.
2. File->Start Menu
3. Campaign
4. Switch to "Resume from save" and expand the campaign to show all the saves, like that:

5. Delete few of the saves
6. Press the [-] to fold the campaign saves
7. Press the [+] again to unfold the campaign in question and voila:

Additionally saves are not actually deleted when, well, deleted this way - instead keep on living unless I will manually delete their files.
