Hello to everyone, new user, first time I've posted here.

I've been playing this for a while now, and I've been using the editor provided with this game to change various things in the 1926 Full Campaign scenario, just for my own enjoyment and to make what I think is a better game.

I've added several classes of carriers to the game (of my own design, but what I think would be plausible for the late 1920's, most of them improved versions of the existing classes), and I've noticed that, even when I have specified in the editor that an air group should have 12 aircraft, whenever a carrier docks it's air groups size changes - in some cases it goes down as low as 3 planes per squadron! As an example I have a Japanese carrier with a capacity of 36, with 3 squadrons of 12 aircraft each, but it goes down to having 1 with 13 fighters, 1 with 4(!) bombers, and 1 with 9 torpedo bombers, which is 10 aircraft below capacity. The same sort of thing is happening with Allied carriers as well.

Is this normal, and how can I stop it happing, if possible, as it is very annoying for me and is spoiling my enjoyment of the game, as I really want all my CV air groups to be a consistent size, and to use the carrier's capacity to the full.

Also, is there a way to add new nations to the game, as I've noticed there are 2 or 3 spare slots in the list of nationalities available to chose when editing a unit, but there seems to be no way to actually add a new nation to this list.

sorry to be a bit long winded, but I feel that a detailed explanation of what I'm aiming at here was necessary.

Thanks in advance for any help, advice, or pointers to other resources that anyone can provide.
