I don't disagree with trying to shift initiative for summer 1941, even if it hurts the French somewhat, but I'm not sure allowing the Germans the opportunity to attack Paris from three hexes, without at least making them fight for one of those hexes (namely the one between Paris and Rouen, which the Allies gave up in their last impulse) is the way to go about it.

Germany:
One Stuka ground strike the defence in Paris.

Will France intercept the bomber? Germany has two fighters on standby.
