Reorganization:

The harsh weather in USSR wears down the German forces. However, the morale increase when the troops gets some time for recuperation and entertainment.

Here is western USSR.

I came to conclusion, that Allies should try to go first in M/J ('40 in France and '41/42 in USSR) so that they know what weather Germany has when they attack. Knowing this turn weather would have helped a lot to place units for the best location in each part of front.

For example this impulse I would have left units to Vitebsk and puhsed ARM closer to front line, most like Vitebsk would not have lost (we have factory there).

EDIT: Su-2 is ready to help all hexes in north, but can't as it's OOS

No port strikes.

Italy send one FTR2 to the 0-box of the Red Sea.

One Italian TRS, escorted by one CA, sail from Cyprus to the Eastern Mediterranean 0-box, where the TRS embark one German INF from Tunis.

Italy can initiate combat in two sea areas. Cape St Vincent, and the Red Sea.

CSV is first up and the Italian submarine initiates combat there. CW has tree aircraft that can react into the sea area. All three reach the 1-box. Will CW reinforce CSV with any air?

With the TRS sunk the 'D' is automatically put on the CP, and it is sunk as well.
