As I go through the previous CC titles, I find there are soldiers' cues that inform the player of the status of that squad/team. There are sounds when weapons are fired, and when those rounds hit something. There are sounds when planes fly overhead and drop their ordnance.
And there are in some CC titles, sounds of the country side. But there are no sounds when tanks, trucks, half tracks, etc. move. Now I don't expect to hear vehicles when none of my troops are nearby, but I would expect to hear tanks when they are passing near my troops. These
sound cues are important to the management of your forces during a battle.
A couple of questions come to mind. Are these type of sounds incorporated into CCTBF? Can some sort of visual be applied to the force monitor to indicate which squad is communicating?

To clarify on the visual on the force monitor for squad communication, I'm wondering if the actual unit on the map could be highlighted when clicking on their audio cues?
