Is it possible to have Bulgaria added to the list of countries whose manpower percentages etc can be adjusted in the same way as say Hungary? [I know historically that Bulgaria took no practical part in the war against Russia which is probably why in the game they are not represented but see below.]

I can create "Bulgarian" units but without some capacity to add factories or manpower for them it's not much use. They appear the same colour as Slovakian so if that could be changed too that would be nice : :)

I would like it if you could vary the surrender settings for the Axis Allies (including Bulgaria) so you could choose the default surrender option (% based on number of captured cities), loss of capital city, or loss of last town (ie fight pretty close to the bitter end. This would make playing as the Soviets a bit more fun.

No idea how easy this would be to enable in the editor but one can only ask.
