Status: offline 		Perhaps ping Enric on the Slitherine forums. He is the unofficial keeper of the BA mod repo. If you are happy with the campaigns and they have been tested OK then he may be ok to put them up for you. I must admit I have lost my credentials for the FTP during machine moves.

Otherwise, any hosting service (including a website of your own if you have one, of course) with direct link capability will do.

Download the file and this way...
C:\Users\Documents\My Games\BA2\CAMPAIGNS\(unzip the files)Ponyri43

Then run game and start skirmish, advanced, choose ponyri43 campaign with Farmland option and enjoy!
