Conquest. Corsica. Completely by Great Britain. Interesting ... Corsica is completely conquered a second time by Great Britain. As I recall, the first was back in early to mid 1942.

Dying Third Reich. With the only remnants of the Third Reich left are in Turkey, and not much of Turkey, the surviving die hard Nazi's refuse to surrender and are forcing the allies to "dig them out". Not only did the Nazi's bring Germany to complete ruins but they're dragging every country that aligned with them to complete ruins too.

Production. USA. US production is down because of allied oil consumption. The Western allies burned through 28 oil points this turn, of which 20+ were from the US. No matter that US production is down. All worth buying now are O-chits and and the most significant use for oil is to reorg units.

Western Allies. TTO (2/2). The US and Great Britain held off assaulting Ankara. They are waiting for more ground troops to arrive and possibly for an o-chit or two (i.e., Great Britain and/or the US) to double attacking factors. However, it's been made clear the commanders of the TTO armies that priority to o-chits goes to PTO. Only, if an o-chit in the PTO doesn't make sense will one be allocated to this theater.
