Actions. Free France - combine, Great Britain - combine, USA - combine, China - land, USSR - land.

Great Britain. Naval Moves. The RN uses their 2 naval moves to replace the 5 CP's knocked out of the Bay of Biscay and the 5 CP's knocked out of Cape Verde Basin last impulse. Of those 10 CP's total replaced, 5 were sunk and 5 were aborted.

RAF Strategic Bombing. Milan. RAF bombers knock out 2 Italian PP's, which is worth 3 BP's. The bomber group which launched from Great Britain continues onto to Sardinia.

The Russians could always rail a unit into Voldaga, if they can find one that isn't needed more urgently somewhere else.

Japanese-USSR Neutrality Pact. Japan chooses a 6 chit which they put in their offensive pool. They then move a 2-chit from their offensive to their defensive pool. With so few troops garrisoning this pact area on both sides, additional pact chits for both sides aren't making any differences to the pact ratios.

At this point in the war it appears that both Japan and the USSR are content with the status-quo. That is, maintaining neutrality between the two powers.

US Entry. The US puts the first of two new chits in the German/Italy entry pool and draw a 3. They then put the second new chit in the Japanese entry pool and draw a 2.

(1) The US selected entry option 26, "Relocate fleet to Pearl Harbor" and have to move a 4 from entry to tension.

(2) The US then selects entry option 29, "North Atlantic Escorts" and have to move a 1 from entry to tension.

The US is looking in both pools to hit the "sweet spot" for Germany/Italy of 24-31 tension & entry 49-54, which will give the US a 70% chance of being able to successfully declaring war. For Japan they're looking at hitting 24-31 tension & entry 44-48, which with/when Pearl Harbor properly garrisoned by the USN will give the US an 80% chance of being able to successfully declare war on Japan.

A major question for the axis is at what point will they "preempt" all this maneuvering by the US.

Axis. Oil. Oil is now a scare and valuable commodity for all three axis powers. Well four if you count Vichy, who has 1 saved oil that was given to them by German a while back.
