In the dense forest, the operation gets off to a confused start (fractional failed) but weight of numbers tells on the lightly armed partisans.

A convoy moves into the Italian Coast. I assume combat is to be initiated and use the worst submarine (in terms of box).

The Axis bring in no aircraft and so assume the British will not bother with the fighter.

Allied: 2
Axis: 4

The Allied submarines find the convoy and the convoy is sunk

warspite1

I can't remember and I haven't got a save of the game but I think there is a 5-2 sub so I'll take that one. If the numbers work I think its a FTR 2 and a LND 3. If the nos. don't work then it must have been a LND 2

I hope that works?

Well I agreed the NS Pact so you would have thought I would have known what went in it. But I'd forgotten (or more likely not bothered to read) the pact my Foreign Minister negotiated, so didn't realise the Soviets could do this.

[continues moaning on to the dismay of his generals] I suppose I had better say yes to Stalin's spurious claim.

Where do the Germans wish to place their pact markers?

US puts a marker in Ge/It.

In response to the continuing Japanese aggression in China, the US congress passes a motion calling for the freezing of Japanese assets. A hostile crowd gathers outside the US embassy in Tokyo. Stones are thrown and windows broken before order is slowly (too slowly according to the US press) restored (5 rolled. Marker to tension pool).

The US also undertakes to protect shipping along its East Coast. The Fuhrer vows the US will pay in blood for this violation of its neutrality (5 rolled, marker to tension pool).

Question please: Is there a reason why two of the Prague saved oil are not shown? The Germans have 17 Oil saved before any Production Planning but two of the Prague Oil aren't shown and in the Saved Oil Points section, it states 15 Saved at Start.
