Hello!
it is possible to continue playing BPEM game with another opponent if your current opponent is disappeared?
may be tech support can help?

Only really if the old player agrees to pass on the password which I think is good etiquette. I find for whatever reason you do not get an answer back when someone has disappeared - but the new opponent asking as a stranger does sometimes work.

I know developers can gain access to PBEM saves without the password - but not sure if they can change the password or find out what it is. It would not be part of the support they offer. They would also not offer it as have no way of knowing you are genuine and not just trying to snoop on another player in an ongoing game.
