I'm on turn 73 and I noticed I'm not getting any political points?

There are ships that have to be withdrawn, otherwise you lose PP's. Look in the intel screen under ship withdrawals on the right hand side. Also, this is more of a general forum post question. But don't worry about that right now....GP
