Congratulations OAR IV - I had hoped forlornly it turns out that just maybe, maybe, you might have done just a little work and improved the AI. NOPE! Dumber than a door nail. This game is going back on the shelf. For those of you out there contemplating buying this AI turd - DO NOT!

Maybe try a scenario that actually has a computer opponent programmed? Try Directive 21.
